- Directly from you — when you fill in a quote or contact form, call or email us, or otherwise correspond with us about flooring work.

We only use your personal data when the law allows. Depending on how you interact with us:

Marketing. We do not currently send marketing emails. If that changes, we will obtain appropriate consent or rely on a permitted lawful basis, and you will be able to opt out at any time.

Quote enquiries submitted through this website may be delivered to our internal systems (for example a private notifications channel) so we can respond promptly. Those systems are used only for handling your enquiry.

We primarily store and process data within the UK and EEA. Some third parties — including analytics infrastructure providers — may be based outside the UK/EEA, so using them can involve a transfer of your data.
